How will the kitchen be delivered?

All new tenants are provided with a deep clean and up-to-date mechanical inspections.

A deep clean includes all surfaces, hoods and ventilation, and grease traps. Any repairs needed will be made prior to move-in.

Tenants must furnish and install their own equipment. If requested, we can provide equipment to specification.
